Technical Requirements
A Cloud Licence is a network style licence hosted in the cloud by Micromine Australia Pty Ltd and is only accessible online via an authorised sign-in. A persistent network connection to the MLS Cloud Licensing Service is required.
In order to extend its services, MLS Cloud Licensing links to Nexus. Nexus provides additional services which facilitate specialised cloud licensing features.
When you launch an application for the first time, you will be prompted to configure your licence. Please select Activate a Cloud Licence and follow the prompts to sign in using your Micromine ID.
A Micromine ID is a convenient single account for accessing all services on the Micromine Nexus Workspaces platform. Your Micromine ID will be created for you from your email and a password when you set up a cloud licence or any feature which requires the cloud and an ID, such as Nexus Workspace. If you would like to use any of the cloud-enabled features and you have not been assigned a Micromine ID, contact Support at support@micromine.com to get started.
You can sign in and manage your licences by going to the Nexus Licence Manager.
Micromine Cloud Licensing requires specific addresses and ports to function. Please provide the following information to your IT Network team and request that these be made available:

If HTTP/2 cannot be configured on your environment, please contact Micromine Support for more information.
